Terms of Service

The basics

Using Rovexone means you agree to these terms. They cover dispatchers, carrier owners, and any drivers or team members you invite. If something in here doesn't work for you, reach out before signing up.

What Rovexone is

A dispatch management tool for small carriers and freelance dispatchers. You use it to manage loads, drivers, settlements, and documents. We host it, keep it running, and improve it over time. Occasionally features change , we'll give you reasonable notice if something you rely on is going away.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older and authorized to enter into a contract. One account per carrier organization. The person who creates the account is responsible for everyone on the team, make sure the people you invite know that these terms apply to them too.

Keep your login credentials secure. If your account gets compromised, let us know at support@rovexone.com right away.

What you can't do

Pretty straightforward:

• Don't enter false or fraudulent load data
• Don't try to access another carrier's data
• Don't scrape the app or automate access beyond normal use
• Don't resell access to Rovexone
• Don't use it to facilitate anything illegal

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually, billed in advance. Payments go through Stripe. If a charge fails we'll retry for up to 7 days before switching your account to read-only until it's sorted out. You can update your payment method anytime from the Billing section.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial. At the end of it you either subscribe or lose access. If you don't convert, your data hangs around for 30 days and then gets deleted.

Your data

Everything you put into Rovexone, loads, drivers, documents, settlements — belongs to you. We store and process it to run the service, nothing more. We don't claim ownership over it.

Liability

We do our best to keep the platform reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 3 months. We're not on the hook for lost profits or indirect damages.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your Billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We may cancel accounts for policy violations or non-payment, in those cases we'll try to give you enough notice to export your data before it's removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes go to binding arbitration under AAA rules, in English.

Changes

We'll email you at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use Rovexone after that means you accept the updated terms.
