About

Built for carriers who want more loads and less chaos

If you run one truck or twenty, you are also the dispatcher, the bookkeeper, and the safety department. RovexOne puts dispatch, invoicing, settlements, compliance, and reporting in one place so those jobs stop taking your evenings.

Why we built it

Most transportation management systems are built for fleets of two hundred trucks and priced accordingly. You get a demo request form instead of a price, a six-week implementation, a per-seat license, and a feature you need locked behind a tier you cannot justify.

The carriers we kept running into did not need any of that. They needed the rate con to stop being a retyping job. They needed the invoice to go out the day the load delivered instead of the following Monday. They needed to know a medical card was expiring before the driver got stopped.

So we built the thing they were describing. One platform, every feature on every plan, a price you can see without talking to anybody, and a free trial that does not ask for a card.

What we believe

Four things we decided up front

Every plan gets every feature.

Tiers set capacity, not capability. A one-truck owner-operator on Core gets the same rate con parser, the same IFTA engine, the same factoring submission, and the same compliance vault as a twenty-four-truck fleet on Premium. What changes is how many trucks, drivers, dispatcher seats, and AI parses you get. We are not going to hold IFTA hostage until you buy up a tier.

The price is on the website.

Core is $34.95. Starter is $69.95. Pro is $149.95. Premium is $198. You can read all of that without filling in a form or sitting through a call. If you outgrow Premium, Enterprise is a conversation, and that is the only part that is.

You should be running the same day.

No implementation project. No six-week onboarding. Add your trucks, add your drivers, upload a rate con, dispatch it. If you are switching from another system, the historical import wizard brings your past loads in so your reporting does not start from zero.

Your data is yours and it stays separated.

Every carrier on the platform is fully isolated. If you run more than one authority, each MC number is isolated from the others under your own login: separate loads, separate drivers, separate settlements, separate documents.

What is in the platform

One record from rate con to paid

OperationsLoad board with status tracking, AI-powered load creation from a rate con PDF, email rate con ingestion, multi-stop loads with per-stop timestamps, drivers with percentage or per-mile pay configuration, live GPS map, trucks and trailers and truck owners, a broker and broker rep contact book, and bulk import for historical loads.
FinanceInvoices generated from the delivered load with detention, lumper, and other charges broken out. Factoring submission by SFTP or email with the rate con, BOL, and POD merged into one packet. Weekly settlements for drivers and dispatchers. Debt tracking that auto-deducts advances, ELD fees, and insurance until they clear. Expenses with receipt uploads and TCS fuel card import over FTP. A financial dashboard with per-load profitability. Revenue reports you can send to your truck owners. Quarterly IFTA with per-state mileage.
ComplianceA document vault for CDLs, medical certificates, and insurance with alerts 30 days before expiration. Incident logging for accidents and DOT-recordable events with drug and alcohol test flags, citations, police reports, and attachments. Hosted driver application and quote request forms that convert to a driver record in one step.
DriversRovexOne Driver on iOS and Android, or the same experience in any mobile browser from an invite link. Assigned load, one-tap status, POD capture straight to the load record, expense logging, and settlement history. Or turn the portal off and run dispatcher-managed.

Who we build for

Small to midsize trucking companies

The product scales from one truck to twenty-four in the self-serve plans, with custom pricing above that.

Solo owner-operators

You drive and you dispatch. The app strips down to loads, invoices, expenses, financials, and IFTA. Nothing you will not use.

Small to midsize trucking companies

Company trucks, contracted owner-operators, dispatchers on staff, and drivers on the road. Full nav, driver portal, settlements, and compliance.

Companies running more than one authority

A company switcher moves you between MC numbers from one login, with everything isolated per authority. Additional companies bill as an add-on at roughly 75% of your plan’s monthly price.

Dispatch companies

In development. The direction is a dispatching company managing several client carriers, each kept separate. It is not shipped and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

How we work

What you get besides software

Support that knows freight

When you write in about a factoring submission that failed, you get somebody who knows what a NOA is and why the packet matters. Email and phone.

We ship constantly

The product updates without you doing anything. No version upgrades, no maintenance windows you have to plan around.

We take feature requests seriously

A lot of what is in the app came from a carrier telling us what was missing. If something in your operation does not fit, tell us. We would rather hear it than lose you quietly.

Referrals

Send another carrier our way and you both get 10% off for three months.
