Refund Policy

The short version
If something isn't working, email us first. Most issues can be fixed without cancelling. If you do want a refund, the rules below are pretty simple.
Free trial
The trial is free, so there's nothing to refund. You get the full platform during the trial.
Monthly plans
If you get charged and decide within 48 hours that Rovexone isn't for you, email us and we'll refund it, no questions asked.
After 48 hours, that month's charge stands. You keep access through the end of the period and we won't bill you again after you cancel.
Annual plans
Within the first 7 days of an annual billing cycle, you can get a full refund.
After 7 days, we'll refund the unused complete months left in your term, minus any discount you got for paying annually.
Downgrades
If you switch to a lower plan mid-cycle, the difference becomes a credit on your account, it comes off your next invoice rather than going back to your card.
Outages
If the platform is down for more than 4 consecutive hours in a billing period, we'll add a credit to your account for the affected time. Credits apply to the next invoice.
What we don't refund
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal
- Partial months after you've used the service
- Accounts terminated for violating our terms
How to ask for a refund
Email billing@rovexone.com with your account email and what happened. We respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund hits your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
